Welcome to Unicorn 3!! 

My name is Carolyn Richards. I have been at Passmores for a couple of years now. I am Head of Graphics although I teach in all areas of Technology. My other passion is sport and on occasion I get the opportunity to teach PE and help lead flexible Fridays. 

My most important role as a form tutor is to establish a good relationship with all students in my care as well as the parent/carer, to enable my pupils to get the best out of school life at Passmores and all the opportunities that come with it. 

My main aim is to build up a relationship based upon mutual respect and trust with each of my students. I will be actively involved in trying to resolve any pastoral as well as educational issues that they may have and I encourage parents/carers to take an active role in the student’s school life. 

My expectations would be that they would want to take every advantage and opportunity that the school offers through the delivery of the curriculum and extra curricular activities and to support one another as one big family! 

Passmores is an exciting place to be and I look forward to the year ahead and all the challenges and successes that Unicorn House will meet on its way.
